Artifact #4: Social Networking & Gamification Teacher Web Resource
Social Networking & Gamification Teacher Web Resource
Description
ISTE Standard/Rationale
The artifact created in TEC-521: Digital Literacies, Virtual Tools and New Media supports a teacher’s evaluation of how they may (or may not) use social networking in the classroom; when finished with the Kahoot quiz, a collaborative discussion can take place between coach and teachers, determining how and when gamification should be used in the classroom. By working together, the coach and educators can explore social networks and digitized games that can be safe and engaging for all students.
