The Digital Concept Map represents Standard 3 in that it is a collaborative tool coaches can use to understand the teacher they are coaching better, as well as support and affirm the teacher in the methods and strategies they are already using in the classroom. The map’s examples and suggestions of digital tools for each theory allow coaches and teachers to collaborate to find the digital tools that fit best into the teacher’s curriculum.

This artifact represents ISTE Standard 3 because it supports collaborative discussion about how to adopt and use social networking and gamification tools in the classroom. The nature of the questions in the game can allow teachers to ask questions and share ideas, which can allow the coach to support them through the discussion by sharing tips and strategies for implementing these tools and programs into classroom routines.
